How to receive healing

Sit in sukhasana pose or in a straight back chair or siddhasana Open the hands and turn them upwards or place them on the lap face up. Concentrate lightly on an imaginary space just outside the forehead in the middle of the brow. Try and feel calm and relaxed. Close your eyes. Visualize healing power radiating through you. Allow the energy to flow into you from the center of the white orb on the screen. Sit for 1 or 2 minutes or as long as you feel necessary. Really try to FEEL the force engulf your whole being. At the end offer a short prayer of thanks. |
